We couldn’t be more excited to share the next chapter of Frites Street with you. What started as a food truck quickly turned into something magical — premium potato product manufacturing just for chefs. Since the manufacturing journey began we’ve worked hard to supply as many fries for as many chefs as we could from our little facility. Today we want to invite you to see what Frites Street 2.0 looks like.

It’s Bigger
Our new facility is 11,000 sq/ft. This new space allows us to make 3x the number of fries from our old facility.
It’s Fancy
We added state-of-the-art french fry equipment so we can make consistently delicious products at a faster pace.
It’s Beautiful
